Integrated Coaching
Integrated Coaching
...is help individuals reach an "acute focus" in their given pursuit.
...is Intuitive InSight.
After many years of coaching a high performance sport, Nathan began to understand that he was able to read a person's nervous system which allowed him to perceive a deeper place from which that person was operating.
Understanding this ability helps him guide a client to a heightened state of being call the "Zone" or "The Flow State"
"...developing a practice of bringing peak performance into how an individual is actually participating with themselves in any given pursuit.
In Truth
sustained peak performance uses a set of systems that are balanced and integrated.
The physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, systems are directly and indirectly influencing the level and degree of performance that can be attained.
The physical and mental realms, of course, are the most widely understood and trained. The emotional and spiritual are much less so and are typically left behind and out of balance with the other two."
John's work is bringing these systems into clearer view, helping to strengthen the neglected ones and integrating them with the others. He helps the individual build awareness into practice / thus honing and evolving these internal systems into a strong relationship with
the Whole Being.
"flow state"
is bringing all the aspects of your being into an act of harmony and grace
within a "single" intent.
